2025/26 student membership now available!

By purchasing a Cardiff University Student Membership you will be entitled to full inclusive access to all Cardiff University Sport fitness suites and strength and conditioning rooms (located at Sports Training Village / Fitness & Conditioning Centre).

The membership includes a free fitness induction, no joining fee and access to our extensive fitness class programme at Studio 49.

Membership cost
New Cardiff University students can now get £30 off gym memberships for the one off payment of just £195 for the full academic year.
Early Bird discount ends 31st Oct 2025.
£225 Student price from 1st November 2025.

Student memberships are valid until 31 July 2026.
Memberships are subject to terms and conditions of use.

How to join
Returning members or students registered with us previously will already have an account with us, you do not need to register again.
Click the Join Now or Loyalty Membership offer for previous members using links below and select sign up for a membership.
When asked, select "Yes, I have email address and password" and use your University email address to login.  
If you do not know (or have forgotten) your Sport password click here to reset and use your full University email address.

New Students
Simply click the link below and select "Sign up for a membership" then select the student option.
You may use your external email address if you do not have access to your University email yet.
Complete the basic details and when asked if you have email address and password, choose the option for "No, I am a new customer"
Complete the required fields (including your student ID number) and make payment to confirm your purchase.

Once you have become a member you will need to set a password for your online account.
Click here to set / reset a password. Use your registered email address provided to us when purchasing the membership.

Please note: when paying for your membership, complete and check all required security details including address and postcode. Your bank will need these to verify the transaction. If these are incorrect or do match your registered account the payment may be declined by your card provider.
